Siberian larch grows and is harvested in, you guessed it, Siberia!

The trees are tough survivors, slow-growing and dense because of the extreme weather conditions. This results in lumber that is durable and resistant to decay.

Siberian larch is a very popular siding and decking product both now and for centuries across Europe. As a result of its punishing ‘upbringing’ in sub-zero Siberia, larch has plenty of hardness and natural durability. In fact, it has greater density than many hardwoods!

If you are looking for a wood that stands up to the elements, say no more, we’ve got the answer…

We can provide 5/4 x 6 decking either brushed or standard, as well as siding in a number of different profiles, such as shiplap or T&G, thanks to our custom milling department.

It takes paints and stains well, which we can apply for you here at our shop. It’s so convenient.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are happy to help!
